There are 3 types of products available, 2 of which are provided with rent guarantee insurance, are as follows:
1. Legal Expenses
This is a comprehensive Legal expenses product that will cover the landlord’s costs of any disputes between themselves and their tenant(s).
2. Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee (6 Months)
Comprehensive Legal expenses product covering the landlord’s costs for disputes between themselves and their tenant(s), with rent guarantee insurance up to a maximum of £2,500 per month.
3. Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee (12 Months)
Comprehensive Legal expenses product covering the landlord’s costs for disputes between themselves and their tenant(s), with rent guarantee insurance up to a maximum of £2,500 per month.
Conditions of Policy/Requirements:
It is a requirement of this policy, that the policy holder presents the following information in the event of a claim:
For Professional Lets:
• 2 forms of identification from the tenant, one containing a clear photograph
• Proof of employment
• A credit check
For Student and/or DSS Lets:
A full tenant reference from an approved referencing company is required.
