Our search report is produced in an easy to understand CON29 format and includes the following information:
• All Local Land Charges
• All Planning Decisions ( including Pending Applications )
• Building regulations decisions (subject to availability)
• Planning Designations and Proposals within a radius of 200m of the property
• Road Adoption status
• Highway Schemes (where available)
• Any other relevant schemes and notices available
All information is collated and checked at the time of search, directly from Council records. We can also answer the full range of Part II optional enquiries for an extra fee.
Requests for further information [e.g. planning consents, TPO’s, Sec. 106 agreements, sec. 38 agreements etc] are always welcome and in fact are encouraged.
Our Personal searches are covered by £4 million indemnity insurance and are widely accepted by a vast majority of mortgage lenders.
