• 90 day unoccupancy clause

• Policy Excess: £100.00 for Buildings and £50.00 for Contents

This is a comprehensive Legal expenses product that will cover the landlord’s costs of any disputes between themselves and their tenant(s).

Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee (6 Months):  

Comprehensive Legal expenses product covering the landlord’s costs for disputes between themselves and their tenant(s), with rent guarantee insurance up to a maximum of £2,500 per month. 

Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee (12 Months):

Comprehensive Legal expenses product covering the landlords costs for disputes between themselves and their tenant(s), with rent guarantee insurance up to a maximum of £2,500 per month.
