GAS CERTIFICATE |

All landlords who rent out properties under a lease shorter than 7 years are required to administer annual gas safety inspections ensuring the safety of their tenants and properties.
A gas safety certificate contains the following information:
• the address of the property
• the name and corgi number of the plumber or engineer
• a list of all gas appliances in the property and confirmation that they are safe to use
• a statement that the flues have been checked and are clear - a list of any remedial action needed
The gas safety regulations are currently enforced by the health and safety executive. All our highly skilled engineers are fully qualified and CORGI registered.
